Cancellation policy
1. No right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the provision of accommodation services (hotel stays) and directly related services.
This means that you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under the regulations governing distance selling contracts for your room booking at the Parkhotel Goldlinde . Only the cancellation and rebooking conditions agreed upon during the booking process and our General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
apply .
2. Cancellation of other contracts
If, in exceptional cases, you conclude contracts via our website that do not concern the accommodation of guests or related services (e.g., the purchase of vouchers, goods, or other services), you may be entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
In this case, you will receive separate information on your right of withdrawal during the booking or ordering process, which will outline the conditions, deadlines, and consequences of a possible withdrawal.
3. Cancellations and rebookings
Regardless of whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists, you can change or cancel your booking in accordance with the agreed cancellation and rebooking conditions.
These conditions will be displayed during the booking process and are also described in our
terms and conditions .
4. Note
Please note that cancellations outside the free cancellation period or no-shows may incur fees.
The amount of these fees depends on the booked rate and the agreed terms and conditions.
